Hi Group: I have been using the L sckoon cup and love the capacity but it causes pressure down there and I have to pee all the time. I have a L Meluna, ruby cup and femmecup. The femmecup isn't quite as bad and the meluna and ruby I haven't tried enough to determine. They are almost all the same length 50-51mm. I am 26 have had no kids, virgin and have a fairly heavy flow so capacity is important. When I was using disposables I used a heavy tampon/pad and had to change both in 30 min. to an hour. What do I need to change to make cups work? Thanks for your thoughts.

Would something more V-shaped than bell-shaped work for you, maybe? The Femmecup would be more of a V, as would the Ruby (kinda) and the Meluna. For some the shape really affects the bladder...for me it's firmness...pretty sure the classic Meluna nearly blocked off my urethra which was lovely. The Sckoon is quite soft though right?

Maybe a v shape might work. My cups sit just inside almost sticking out.

I second the more V shaped cups. Sounds like you have quite a low cervix, if your cups sit that near the entrance. I would try out the Ruby for a bit and see if it doesn't work better, before considering other cups.

My sister had the same problem, loves the sckoon but cant pee with it in. She got a small Luv Ur Body cup which is smaller than the large sckoon but has great capacity and she can pee n poo with it in! Must be its odd shape and 2mm thinner

I'm not a lot of help with *what* to buy, but I can tell you that I suffer the same issue (I have a high cervix though).

The Large Diva is rather problematic for me, as is the Large Yuuki soft (it's worse than my diva). The small firm yuuki worked for me (until I cut the stem and then it got lost and I couldn't use it, I admit I only tried it once or twice though) and so far my small diva has been the best, although there is still a little pressure.

All those cups are V shaped cups. Someone once suggested to me perhaps a wider but shorter cup might be better (but I worry with my high cervix but if yours is low or lower at least it might not be a concern for you and might fix the problem by making the cup sit above the bladder?)
