I made a post a few weeks back about needing to go to the doctor to have my Diva Cup removed because I couldn't reach it to remove it myself. Someone mentioned checking out the Luv Ur Body cup because of the length. I'm just worried the diameter is going to be too large for me. The Diva Cup fit perfectly aside from the length and I had no issues with it leaking.

Is my worry about the diameter valid or does it not matter that much? Does anyone have experience using both cups and did both work?

Assuming you are looking at the medium LUB, was your Diva a small? The large diva and med LUB are the same width. If you used a small diva (and the medium Luv Ur Body is just 4mm wider but 12mm longer!) I'm guessing you would still be okay.

Yes, my Diva was a small and I'm looking at the medium LUB. Thanks for the charts! I just don't want to wind up spending more money on something that doesn't work for me, but I hate the idea of going back to tampons/pads. :(

I think this may have come up in your earlier post, but one of the nicer knock-off cups, the iCare cup, is shaped exactly like a Diva with a much longer Lunette-style stem. I bought one out of curiosity and was surprised by how nice it was (smooth seams, cleanly punched holes, etc.). There are other knock-off cups that look like the iCare (Aneer and iClean, I think?), but they're not as nice and might be too soft to open easily.

I'll second the recommendation for the iCare. I have a Rainbow that's the same total length as the Diva (that is, including the stem) and about half the time I find it slightly too short. My iCare has never been a problem to remove--with stem it's 83mm long (the Small anyway)!

Their website says that the length on the small is 75mm, not 83? I'm worried that will still be too short, and the diameter on the large is the same as the medium luv ur body cup I was looking at.

I just measured my small iCare, and it is definitely over 80mm with the stem.

It was, but I was skeptical because of the whole knock-off thing. That automatically makes me think lesser quality and I wasn't sure if it's a trustworthy company.
