Hello! I am new to this community, nice to meet you all :) I've been heavily interested in menstrual cups, and after much thought, I've decided to invest in one. Today (I am on my period), I tried to figure out the length of my vagina in order to decide the right cup for me. My middle finer, the longest finger, went all the way in without stopping. I don't know if I hit the cervix or not, but I'm assuming I didn't as my finger kept sliding in with no blockage.

This may be an obvious question, but does this mean that I have a long vagina, and that I should get a longer cup? I am 17 and a virgin, with medium flow! Thank you so much! Also, what are some good cups for beginners with my sizes/details? Is softer better, or stiffer better? Sorry for all the questions, and thank you so much!

EDIT: I've come to the conclusion that I may be missing the mark completely.. I cannot seem to find it at all..

I tried but I've come up with the conclusion that I may be missing the mark completely.. I can't feel it at all even when squatting, and i try to sweep my finger but all I hit are walls..

In that case, a long cup will probably suit you. The Diva is probably the most accessible long-bodied cup. If you get one, enlarge the anti-suction holes. Or there are several other brands that have short bodies but long stems for an overall longer length than the Diva. The link I gave earlier does not have a chart for overall length. Others have made charts that do but I don't know their links off the top of my head.
