So I was wondering, what is everybody's favorite cup? Which ones do you feel are easiest to pop open? Most comfy? Have you found your Goldilocks yet? Also, if you use cloth pads,  which ones are your faves and why? And yes, it's a slow night on my unit tonight. :'-)

My goldilocks is the LUB medium, zero leaks, pops open, best placement etc. apart from that sckoon is most comfy and on removal is a breeze, and mcuk is easiest insertion.
Ecofemme have my vote for back up pads but I can't compare them to many others, they were a good fit from the start.

Every month I thank the menstruation gods that I got a good fit on the first cup I tried, lol. I love my Diva, my only complaint being at it's sometimes hard to remove without tugging on my cervix, but widening the holes helped some with that. It pops open easily and is the perfect length for me. Even though my cervix changes position (sometimes it points towards the wall, sometimes it points down into the cup) but the cup sees to settle in about the same place regardless of what my cervix is doing, and I can never feel it when it's in. I feel a little miffed when people point out that the Diva isn't a great starter cup because of the length, because that's probably true, but it's worked so well for me! I kind of want a Sckoon or a Lunette because they're just so darn pretty, but I can't justify spending many on another cup because this one works so well.

Yup, sounds like you have a high cervix too! For you or me the Diva might've been a good starter (though I probably need about 5-10 mm more on the stem than what the Diva offers in either size) but most don't have the cervix height we do, lol :) So it's a good starter for those with our dimensions but not for most! (I needed something a lot softer though, and I figured that after trying the Meluna, so I never actually tried a Diva)

My goldilocks cup is the small sckoon. It works perfectly for me. No leaking, pops open easily, so comfortable that I can't feel it at all, and I can easily remove it. I have nothing but good things to say about it!

I guess I lucked out on finding my Goldilocks. The Diva was available in local stores so I just went out and bought that and it works great for me. It works well through my entire period so I haven't tried other cups yet.

I use the 7 fold and it's easy to push the cup open.

My goldilocks cups have changed over time. A couple of years ago it was the large Sckoon and large Ladycup duo, after that the large Iris. Most recently, the large MCUK and large Miacup are my besties.
The hardest part was finding the right dimensions for fit because I'm apparently quite wide internally (though I have a slender figure!?) with a very low cervix.

The Si-Bell is pretty much my goldilocks, though I wish it had a sturdier stem and maybe some grip rings on the base. I need my cups baby-soft with an endless stem, though, and the Si-Bell is the closest to that. The iCare is pretty great in both those areas but since my cervix is way off to the left the stem just seems to rub up on my right wall a bit, but cutting it would make it difficult to remove. A rounded stem might fix this issue.

I love love love my si-bell, it's faultless for me and hence why I've never looked at another cup since!

I haven't quite found my Goldilocks but my small diva is probably the closest I've come. It does press on my bladder a little.

Large diva was first: Leaks consistently on day 1 no matter what (the small doesn't oddly) and presses on my bladder. Sometimes fiddly to open.

Large yuuki soft: Opens without fail, but oh the bladder pressure.

Icare: Too soft. Cannot open to save my life (and for a personal health reason cannot fiddle around too much down there trying to make it). I love the colour though. I want a pretty cup!

Small firm yuuki: fitted pretty well actually but capacity was poor on my first day. The stem was ouchy so I trimmed it off but my cervix is so high they can't find it when doing a pap smear half the time so it used to move right up and turn sideways and I was too scared to keep it.

MeLuna soft, medium and large: Medium was too small. Leaked all over the place. Large would NEVER open for me no matter what I did.

So still on the hunt for something with capacity, opens easily but doesn't push on my bladder :(
