The is my second period with the Lunette Large. I am 33 and have had two babies naturally. My cervix seems (as best as I can tell) to be a normal height and my flow is on the light side.

My problem is the cup just keeps sliding down. I can get it up and high. If I'm sleeping or relaxing it's fine. If I'm busy and up moving around, cough/sneezing it gradually slides down. I trimmed the stem back and figured it would just rest lower. But it literally ends up right there...if I sneezed hard enough it might pop out. I'm thinking I should try the Meluna "shorty" but I'm wondering if anyone else had the same issue, what they switched to that resolved the issue.

A shorter cup like a shorty might work but capacity would be less than that of your Lunette. More than likely, it's a combination of pregnancy related prolapse and a weak pelvic floor. This has a section about strengthening your vaginal muscles http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ and it also links to size and capacity charts to compare your Lunette to other brands.

Some people need a cup with a blunter bottom, the Lunette has a pointier bottom.

Yeah, it's your pelvic floor...birthing 2 kids will do that :) The exercises Kuradi suggested will help. Luckily with your lighter flow you'll have a much wider choice of cups than those of us who have to look for capacity first! Welcome and enjoy :)
