I'm a 13-year-old virgin who used the DivaCup for the first time yesterday. It's been, uh, interesting, to say the least, but I wouldn't exactly call it convenient. Anyway, while taking it out after overnight use, I noticed that the cup had migrated about half an inch upward from where I remembered it sitting when I inserted it. I removed it with ease, but my concern is, had it migrated further up, would it be hard to remove? I think I have a high cervix, and I really don't want it to get lost inside me.

First of all: a cup can't get lost inside of you, cause there's nowhere it could go :) even if it moves upward there is always a point where it can't get higher.
Second: if it's so far up that you can't reach the base with you fingers you can try to push down/bear down. That should push the cup so far down that you can reach it with you fingers and get it out :)

Welcome! Sounds like the cup migrated so it would sit right up against your cervix. I wouldn't worry about it migrating higher unless you notice that your cervix jumps higher towards the end of your period (as many notice, though it's the opposite for me). Luckily the Diva is a pretty long cup so it's unlikely to get lost in you. If you do find you need something even longer (and like the Diva design) the iCare has a much longer stem...like so long that I'm thinking of trimming a notch off! (It's also super cheap if you're willing to wait like a month for shipping from China)

Agreeing with what everyone else has already said.

But also adding that this happens to me too. I like to think that's the cup finding it's "sweet spot" because it never really goes beyond a certain point, and when I manually insert it really high, it doesn't move higher :)

Yeah it sounds like if you wore it all night, it probably went as high as it was going to go. So if you could still get out, then you don't have much to worry about, unless your cervix goes higher at other points.
