Yeah, I don't know how, just know it did...
I cutted the stem off, and it started doing that hahaha
Thankfully it only happens when I'am putting in, so I can fix it.
Don't know if it is something about the fold [I can only do the triangle, I'm a virgin and no other fold can go thru my hymen opening without hurting] or if it's because of its wide [40mm]
I kind off afraid it happens during the use.
That have not happend when the stem was there, but I just had to cut it, it pokes me and it was so outside of me that very often I even moved the cup when I sat, making it breaks its seal and leaks.
Any advices?

I had the same experience with my Sckoon! Its really soft and stretchy stem is absolutely useless when removing the cup. So when I tried to poke the rim of the cup to break the seal it accidentely came out upside down! A very unpleasant surprise :-( I have no explanation or solution for this but perhaps the softness or lack of a stem has something to do with it?

This happened to me with my first Mooncup - luckily Mooncup agreed to replace my cup, even though it was out of it's three month guarantee at the time. I was able to trim the new cups stem about half way without it tipping-up, and although it caused some irritation upon insertion once it wiggled its way up it was no longer an issue. Now use a Ladycup which sits much higher for me, so stem no longer an issue.
