Meluna sport or classic?

I've been using the small diva cup for the last few months with limited success, I think because the cup is too long for me. I can always feel its presence towards the opening and it slides downwards. I've pretty much decided to buy the meluna medium, but I can't decide between sport and classic. I am relatively active, but not with horseback riding or pole dancing or any of the other stuff they list on their website. And I haven't always been super active, so I'm not sure how strong my PC muscles really are. The one thing that leads me to believe I need the sport is that the seal on my diva always breaks and is pushed downward when I am exercising, so I think my PC muscles might be too strong when I'm actively working out. I tried going for a run with my diva in and it practically fell out.
I need to get one pretty soon because my period is coming up in 2 weeks and I'm scheduled to be doing a ridiculously hard workout on my fitness plan AND I'm running a 5k the next day. It sounds sucky enough as it is, I really want to be confident that I'm not going to deal with any leakage.
By the way, I'm 18 and a virgin with a medium-ish I think cervix? I can reach it relatively easily but its not right by the opening or anything.
