hi everyone
i have read a lot about menstrual cup and have learnt much from this blog. so now i want to try one but cant decide on what to buy. i am from india and i cant find it any local store so have to order online. can u guys help me out on what to buy and what suits me. what are the things i have to keep in mind while buying

If you just want to try one, you could try a Shecup (the site is here), which is from India and will probably be the cheapest to order. Looking through the Shecup tag, it looks like people have had pretty good experiences with those. If you want one that is a perfect fit, you should consider things like how deep your cervix is, how soft a cup you want, and how heavy your flow is. There are entries on all these topics on the tag list on the side of the community. Don't get too stressed about it, though. In general, most cups do work for most women, so at least initially you don't have to worry about perfection.
