hello my friends!

I have a couple of questions regarding the differences between the si-bell (small) and the meluna classic (small).

which one is
more poppy?
generally more comfortable?
better for crampy days?

Thanks alot!! :)

Softer - There are pros and cons to being soft or stiff. One is not necessarily better than the other. And usually a matter of personal choice.

Poppy - There are a lot of factors including soft/stiff, overall shape, the size of the anti-suction holes and biggest one of all, how proficient you are. Some people struggle no matter what until they read a stray piece of advice that changes everything.

Comfortable - Different for everyone! My favorite analogy is shoes. Even though they're the right size, sometimes you get a pair that becomes your favorite. Sometimes you get a pair that never breaks in right. My closet floor is full of them. I'll bet yours is too.

Crampy - I don't think the product that you use makes much difference. My theory and old wives' tale is that the more water you drink before and during your period, the fewer and/or less painful cramps you'll have.

Use the size and capacity charts found at the Community FAQ to compare the cups that you're interested in. Also use photos to compare their shapes. And then go with your gut as to which you think will fit and suit you better.

thanks alot, you've been very helpful!

For me I have a relatively medium flow. i can actually get away with a regular pad for 6 hours (if i have no means to change it) on my heaviest day with absolutely no leakage at all, so capacity isn't a prime concern for me. for me, the poppiness and comfort is very very important for me because I'm REALLLLLLLLY sensitive.

I had no idea that drinking more water would lead to less painful cramps! thanks for the tip ;)
