Hey Cuppers,
I know if you are anything like me you love cups. I want every one, etc. :) I was thinking, Ok these why do I always want more? I have had these life changing little cups for almost one year, and they drastically have improved life. So, as I watch and read about another one, when I already have my goldilocks cups (Lunette small and Fleurcup large are my non leak, cannot feel them, true loves.) But as I tell myself I do not need to buy another, it hit me, I am worried that I will ever have to return to the dark ages of menstration. I live in the USA, and I must import my favorite one, I think I am spooked they won't let me buy them. It would not be the first time that has happened by the way; ie. around a year ago I could buy on Amazon uk, not now! I tried to get a femmecup last week and it said I was't allowed. I mean, that is new.
That is bad. I am ok with US brands, but that isn't enough. What if they did that? Rebellion,I hope! I think I want them all (almost) in case they take them away. Just a thought. I mean, I couldn't sleep a night before cups, It is an awful thought! Thinking out Loud. :) I have a tilted uters, it gives me bad cramps, and these make it better. I am so glad we live in a cup era- So, don't you all think USA should be entilted to Euro & worldwide brands? Ours aren't enough for everone. D- Happy cupping.

If you want a Femmecup, go directly to the Femmecup site. 18.99 British Pounds includes worldwide shipping anywhere, including the USA.

Just because a cup isn't FDA approved for sale *IN* the US doesn't mean it can't be imported *TO* the US for personal use. Edited to add: There are very few cups that can't be sold to US customers.

Thank you!
That is awesome, thank you, I had a total anxiety attack over it! I have PMDD so I get really freaked out when I think my little menstral miracles might not be able to buy. I couldn't care less if they are FDA approved, so that's wonderful, good price too. I don't think I AM FDA aproved. They would be why is she weird? Burn her at the stake, she's not like the rest of us. So thank you, and I really apperciate everyone here on this site and your amazingly kind support. Thank you!

Thank you all (late)!
Thank you! I tell you I panic. . . It even calms me downt to think if silicone ever started bothering me I have MeLuna, a brand I really like (I wish I had a microwave I would get one of those heating pillows or animals for cramps and backaches! They have cool stuff). So thank you all. I really love and thank you all for writing and helping me. Thank you! I think this is a lovely community of people. :) Very cool.

I am also glad that cups exist and that i discovered them finally. Like you, I go crazy and keep on buying cups.
Though I also live in the US, I am yet to encounter a cup I cannot buy. I did notice that European amazon sites no longer let me purchase cups, but usually, the manufactures' websites will ship internationally, and I found some EU stores that sell various brands, even lesser known ones.

I would like to buy the Maggacup. I emailed the company many times and they are very slow to respond. And I cannot buy it since I am in Canada(they are an Argentinian manufacturer.

Agreed, it takes them a while to respond. I've written them before to find out more, and when they finally answered, they did not actually address my questions.
They actually don't sell their cup on their website at all. There is a list of resellers here:
http://maggacup.com.ar/index.php?id_product=8&controller=product&id_lang=1

It's definitely a different culture of commerce, because some of these are personal email addresses.

It could be that they would be more responsive if you contacted them via social media.

ETA: I am in a similar situation with the Mialuna from Chile... Anxiously awaiting their info about the new XS cup, which they refuse to send dimensions about. But at least I can buy it off their site once available, if I am willing to trust (to me) unknown, local financial transactions vendors, because they don't accept CCs or Paypal.

Wow
I haven't heard of that cup! Uh oh.
I wonder if the earthquake effected Chile commerce or shipping?

Thank you
I wonder why Amazon did that? It's too bad. Thank you for your kind words. I am very glad to hear the majority of cups are avalible for importing. That's really nice. I haven't had time to come and write back or read what's new and I miss you guys! Thanks again.

I'm a bit of a crazy cup-buyer as well. And I have the exact same two goldilocks cups! Though the small Lunette leaks on me occasionally so I always use my large Fleurcup(s) now. I have no real need to buy any other cup, but the way I have justified purchasing past and future cups when I have the desire is this: in doing so, I am supporting the businesses of a product/concept I whole-heartedly stand behind and hope to make the norm for future generations of vagina-wearers. It may be an unnecessary purchase financially, but to me it's almost like donating to a good cause. :) Hope that takes some guilt away! Haha.

Ooh, I like the "donating to a good cause" rationalization. My collection averages about 7 cups at any given time. I generally sell on mc_sales any that I definitely won't use. The large Sckoon, Femmecup and large Iris are my goldilocks cups!

Cool
:) Hey cool, that's a trip, we must be very similar in build! You know during the last Fleurcup sale, I bought a extra large to put away for "future what if I can't get one, when I was freaking out, to be opened when the world ends." But I can't say I didn't think about, should I get my future daughter one? (Not yet concieved) LOL. but what if she would be stuck with the dark ages? So I too am thinking about the future vagina-wearers! I would have loved this at 12 1/2 when I got my first period. I think a small classic MeLuna in some cute color, that would have been awesome. As is I only found out about cups because I was buying fertility/period day counting beads on Amazon, and I saw a cup, I read the Keeper Mooncup lady's review, who is Hysterical, she should be an author. It's the one that says you can sleep and not wake up to a "crime scene" that did it for me! I got my first two, as I had no clue what I was doing then, my beloved small Lunette and a ok for sometimes, not a great first cup, Keeper Mooncup (it also didn't hold much and it did hurt a little at first to get that big rim in.) Hey, I found an online petition to give Mooncup uk their name back to use in commerce in the usa, I think that seems only fair. I will try to get the link. :) this got long. Thank you!
