I've seen where some people have mentioned checking to see if your cervix is in the cup, I was just wondering how you do that? I mean I know you have to put your finger in next to the cup to check, but I cant get my finger in all the way up next to the rim of my cup, it's WAY too tight. I can just do either or(my finger or the cup) lol Could my problem with that be because I'm still a virgin?

It IS very cramped so take your time :)(Have you read the virgin's guide to cups on this site?) It's not so much that you'll feel the cervix through the silicone, but you'll feel that the cup is around it, and not suctioned to a flat wall.

But once you have an idea of how deep your cervix is on your period, depending on your cup you might not have to do this systematically. I chose soft yet "poppy" cups and trust them completely. C-fold helps with this, although it is more difficult to get the knack at first, it does open fastest and allows most air in to fill out the cup.

This is not something everyone needs to do, it's something you can do to troubleshoot leaking. If your cup is not leaking, then you're fine.
