one more question for the day

A question came up recently... If a person is not able to sufficiently break the seal of a cup, then pulling on the cervix and uterus, would this overtime cause damage/weakening to any of the surrounding ligaments and muscles? Could it eventually lead to uterine prolapse? OR would it have an opposite, toning effect?
