New Cup Time . . .

I'm in my 30s and I've had 2 kids. I'm also one of those unfortunate people whose flow is a DELUGE and accompanied by a lot of nasty side effects. Using a cup has been probably the single most life-changing awesome that has ever happened to me and I cannot thank the person who recommended it to me enough. ardwynna_m I feel lucky to live when I do.

However, the Diva has never been perfect for me. It spots a little when only partially full and leaks outright the higher I go. Also, due to the rate of flow, there's no way it could possibly last me eight hours as advertised. I basically have to clean it out every time I go to the bathroom, and I still use pads as backup.

Any suggestions? I'm not even really sure what exactly what my problem is.
