After starting out with cups with very small rims (Fleur, Organicup, Gaia, Meluna) I wanted to try out the only biodegradable cup, the Keeper B. Triangle fold worked well for insertion, but removal was a bit trickier. I felt like the rim got stuck on my pubic bone, obviously never a problem with my other cups. Any tips for removal from experienced users? Thanks!

From what I've read, many women re-fold their cups as they remove them. Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you are able to work it out!

Yeah, that works with the softer cups with no rim. It felt like it was folding itself on the pubic bone - ouch! I thought I read you can pinch it almost flat and take one side out first, diagonally. Waiting for lighter flow to use it again.

Yeah, one of the downsides of cups with large rims, they can be challenging to remove without discomfort. When I used the Keeper I tried to take my time and ease the rim out gently and at an angle. Refolding works, but be mindful of the risk of it popping open at an inopportune moment. Painful memory!
