I have been using menstrual cups for a few months now and I currently own a Large Diva Cup, a NaturalMamma and the FemmyCycle (which I just bought this month). I am in my mid-30s, never had children, have an extremely high cervix and very heavy flow (I fill a large Diva/naturalmamma every 3 hours or so on my heaviest days) and I thought I would post my thoughts and if anyone else had any suggestions for a very high capacity cup given my experiences.

Of the three I currently own, I like the large Diva cup the least (my first cup, no longer used). It's much more difficult to put in (possibly firmer and wider?) than the NaturalMamma and much harder to remove. I have a really hard time reaching for the stem and grabbing hold. I have not had that kind of trouble at all with the NaturalMamma. I do really like the NaturalMamma except I do fill it rather quickly and therefore, I had leaks. This month, I tried the FemmyCycle which I think so far is my favorite. Much higher capacity, very soft, easy to put in and remove and much cleaner. No leaks and I don't get as much yuckiness on my fingers upon removal. The only question I have is how do you guys clean it at the end of the month? The material is very soft and I am afraid to boil it like the other two cups I've owned previously.

I was looking at the size chart and it seems like the Large Yuuki is the biggest. I'm only considering buying another one because I don't know how long the femmycycle will last given a much softer material. Since the Diva cup seemed firmer and wider, it really was difficult for me to insert and was wondering if you think I would run into the same issue with the Yuuki.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Other Cups may help you
Well, you may try another brands which fit for you. You with heavy menstruation flow, you can discharge them according to your situation, not just look for another bigger one to solve this problem, right? Cuz the Cups just collect our fluid for short time not for long time, you need to discharge them for several times if it's heavy. In addition, you mentioned you never had children, I'm worried about a bigger one may hurt your vagina, it's not good for you. For heavy flow, you can turn to the Doctor for help. :)

I absolutely recommend the large si-bell, it has one of the largest capacities, it has a very long stem (I have a high cervix too and haven't needed to trim the stem on mine at all) and also it's very soft and comfortable (I'm nulliparous and in my thirties too). Never had a leak yet either - it's definitely my goldilocks cup!

If you love your Femmycyle, why buy a different cup? Enjoy your Goldilocks cup. You don't need to boil every month. Soap and water is fine. And if you want to have an extra just in case, watch mc-sales for lower-cost resales. Femmycyles show up there fairly often.

I agree. Why order yet another cup if you've found one you love? I own both the diva cup and the small and large yuuki. I haven't used my yuuki's yet but the large one feels exactly the same as my Diva does in the hand, only it's slightly larger so I'm thinking if the Diva wasn't for you then the yuuki possibly isn't either.

The cup I like the most is cuplee for its softness... for larger capacity I have tried meluna soft xxl which i liked very much although I'd prefer a softer rim.
I've also tried the yuuki large soft and I like its performance well although I'd like it to be softer. This week I ordered the Luv ur body cup from Nigeria -I think-. It appears to be really big and super soft... but I ave to try this one yet.....

You do know there is a Yuuki soft, no? It's definitely softer than a Diva, maybe not as soft as the NM of FC, but still soft! :)

I recently tried out the Lily Cup and if you have a high cervix I highly recommend it. It is actually in mc_sales now. I have already found my winning combination after a lot of time spent seeking. If you want the link to my review, pm me and I'll give it to you.

Definitely the large Luv Ur Body
The large Luv Ur Body holds slightly more than the large Yuuki. To my knowledge the LUB is the biggest cup. It is also softer than the Yuuki.

And just for the record, the Meluna XL is advertised to hold 42ml. I have heard that the Yuuki holds 37ml. I wanted the biggest capacity cup so I ordered the Meluna XL. Something is wrong with the measurements someplace because the large Yuuki actually holds slightly more than the Meluna XL.

I would like to know where the NaturalMamma and the Fleur Cup fit in with these other cups I mentioned.
