It hurts my leg and if i lay down it hurts too so i do not use it at night. I also have the divacup 2 am 33 and have had 2 kids.

I like my divacup but not the pain.

It feels like pressure around the hole inside or something like it's touching something in there that it should not.

I live in ottawa,Ontario,Canada so i think it's only the divacup i can get?

I keep trying with it though i do not want to give up but sometimes the pain is too much.

Would trimming or removing the stem help with the pain? Could it also be that you've irritated your urethral opening with multiple insertions and removals?

You may be able to fine Instead Softcups in Shoppers Drug Mart now, I have seen them in a few. Otherwise don't feel stuck with only the Diva for choice, you can order online if you think a different cup would work better for you.

It does sound like its the stem of the Diva that's bothering you. Maybe try turning the cup inside out and seeing if that helps before deciding to trim the stem.

Thanks i will try the turn inside out trick to see before cutting it, i never thought of that, but will also look at the other pharmacies too i did not know they may have others now.

So we can order from say ebay others? Or is there a good place to order online?

Thanks ladies for the answers this helps me loads

Don't buy another cup until you get through the dreaded learning curve with the one that you already have because maybe it's not the cup after all. But if you want to check out other cups, look at the various size charts at the Community FAQ. Once you eliminate the ones that you don't think will fit you, narrow down the ones you like by shape. Narrow bodied or full? Flared rim or not? Pointy base or blunt? Etc.

Menstrualcups.co is also a good site and has a little symbol for companies that offer free shipping. Also Fleurcup regularly has special codes that LJ users put up for everyone and it amounts to free shipping usually.

Yes, amazing how a millimetre or two can make a difference! I tried to figure out how to PM you, just to let you know I have an unused (but opened - I was too curious) large Organicup for sale in the Ottawa region. You can find it on mc-sales or PM me for more details, if you are still considering a second cup. I know choices are limited in Canada and we always have to order online...
