I think I've decided on a L Meluna soft (I seem to of worked out some kink that I had with my Diva cup, with having it not open and I now have no problems getting it to pop), but the Meluna.ca site says that due to needing another certificate to comply with Health Canada and the FDA, their cups cannot be shipped to Canada or the USA. But the femininewear.co.uk website doesn't say anything about not being able to ship it. So I'm wondering, if I order it will it arrive, or will there be any issues? Anyone in the US or Canada order one in the recent past and have it arrive safe and sound? I'm kind of between the Meluna and the Fleurcup, but I keep reading about how the Meluna soft is really comfortable so I think I might like to try that one... Decisions, decisions! Anyway, if there are going to be issues with Meluna, I'd prefer to just go with the fleurcup.

I have seen people saying they can't be shipped to the us but hadn't heard about Canada however I just ordered one directly from Meluna to the US and my order went through. The Fleurcup isnt approved for sale in the US and Canada either but they can still ship you one for personal use they just can't be sold in stores.

That would be because of restrictions banning US / Canadian resellers from distributing non-approved goods. However, there's nothing wrong with individuals buying overseas for their own use. Just order from Meluna directly : your cup will still come from Germany, and it'll be cheaper there anyway thanks to them deducting the european tax for you. I never understood the point of that .ca website... http://www.meluna.org/epages/63898218.sf/en_GB/?ViewObjectID=14466491

I ship to the US and Canada, the regulations only apply to cups sold from those countries

The difference lies in the seller, and where they're located.

Thanks everyone! Sorry, I can't figure out why the meluna.org site doesn't allow you to convert the currency to Canadian $, but just to be clear the pricing would be the same on both that site and the feminine wear site, correct? I just don't want to spend extra for the same product, obviously.

There is no reason to assume that, the person behind Femininewear needs to eat, too. Resellers need to make a living somehow.

Alright, I just ordered directly from the .org site. Anyone have any idea what duties might cost? Hopefully nothing...
