Quick question for anyone who has purchased a Fleurcup via the Fleurcup website

This really won't be too long, so I'm not going to bother with a cut. I just purchased a "back-up"(I have about thirteen cups, but I want another Fleurcup) cup, in red this time(The violet is nice but I've wanted a red one for awhile) and there was a little sale going on so I thought, why not? Anyway, the money was taken out of my account and that's fine, that is what it is supposed to do. My paycheck from work was the very next thing that shows up in my account, being that I was lazy and didn't go anywhere all day yesterday and didn't spend any money. Point is that my check was deposited today, and the Fleurcup payment was taken out, yesterday. I ordered it on Monday night. Now today Wednesday, the very next thing after my check being deposited is a .20 cent "foreign transaction fee", the Fleurcup is the only item I've purchased in quite a while from a different country, so I know it's not from anything else that I ordered on Monday night(I ordered some sweatpants for me and some big boy underwear for my two year old, he's doing so good at potty training; I'm so happy, from Kmart). I'm wondering if anyone else has had this appear on their statement? I purchased my first Fleurcup from their website and I don't remember there being a "foreign transaction fee" taken out. I mean it is only .20 cents, so I really am not worried. I was just wondering if maybe this is something new Fleurcup is charging? Or maybe it's just my bank?
