I've been trying to find out what country the Diva cup is made in and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know?

Pretty sure it's Canada.

Yep, it's made in Canada. It actually says it right on the cup! :)

Thank you! I wasn't sure if it was USA or Canada, but I was discussing it with someone earlier and she said she didn't want the Diva because it was made in China. I was almost sure it wasn't China but I thought I'd ask.

She has a lot of options then. Most cups are made in the US, Canada or in European countries.

If she has been looking on ebay or at any of the wholesale distributor sites then yes, she might have seen Chinese knock-offs that might be CALLED Diva (or any of the other brand names) but actually don't resemble those particular cups at all. Their ads also use pirated photos of brand name cups but when you open the the package, the cup inside looks completely different. Same with dimensions -- they usually have little to do with the actual cup.

Authentic cups come in distinct packaging with proper documentation and either from reliable distributors or from the manufacturers themselves. It's not hard to figure out which ones are "real" and not.

If she wants a cup, she should pick one according to actual dimensions, not what its called. http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/ or any of the charts at the Community FAQ is a good place to start to figure out what would suit/fit her best.

It's Canada! It says "Made in Canada" right on the inside of the cup under the rim. It's the only Canadian made cup and the one that's the most available in Canada (and north america in general I think).

Any cup that claims to be the Divacup but isn't made in Canada is a knockoff. I'd watch that as knockoff products in general tend to use cheaper materials, which means you may not get medical grade silicone but instead a generic silicone or even latex.
