So, I need some help deciding which one is best for me, I've never had children or have been pregnant and I'm not sexually active. I had a diva cup which leaked all the time so I'm guessing that may not be the one for me. I have no idea what to buy or how you guys come up with these decisions. I know some of you know whether or not your cervix is high or low how do I find this out? What other criteria should I be taking into account when buying a menstrual cup? Please help! :)

Since you already have a Diva, flip it inside out to shorten it and get through "the dreaded learning curve" with that cup that way. If it works and you like it that way, then it's perfectly OK to wear it that way. But if you'd like another cup, compare the length and width of that cup to others at http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/ or at any of the other size charts at the Community FAQ.

How do you find out how high your cervix is? Stick a finger up there and feel for it. Measure by how far in your finger goes, then measure that part of your finger. As cervices move during the cycle, it most accurate to measure while on your period. Personally I find it easiest to measure (and insert) while sitting on the toilet.

Are there better or worse cups for a person depending on the length or your cervix?

Well yeah, the whole point of measuring your finger is to pick a cup that matches that measurment. Cups are a bit like shoes... http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/

You don't want a cup much longer than that measurment because it'll stick out (and that's not comfortable), and you don't want one too much shorter because you'll have a heckuva time reaching the base for removal.

Not length of your cervix. Length of your vagina, or height of your cervix. That's basically the same thing.
