The world of menstrual cups is growing so fast and there is a new one from Argentina: The Maggacup. They are just starting out, their grand opening will be anytime this month according to their facebook page/website but their facebook/twitter has been very active for the last 4 months.
The cup comes in two different sizes, small and large, but I couldn't find the capacity and the dimensions of each one. =(
If you would like to have a look at this new friend go to :
Official site: www.maggacup.com.ar
Facebook page: www.facebook.com/Maggacup
Twitter: @Maggacup

It should get a prize for the cutest MC logo! I emailed them to ask about capacity and softness.

YAY! Another cup!

But sigh. They have perpetuated every myth and misconception about cup placement on their site.

I agree on this, they even ban the use of menstrual cups for virgins.

SERIOUSLY?!
I got a complete bull reply from them, after inquiring about capacity and softness:

"This type of information is being managed by the engineers. Tell me a bit more, let's see how I can help you.
Thanks for writing to us."

Today, they sent an answer email that does not answer my two questions at all. I asked how soft they are in comparison to other brands, and what the capacity is in total, and up to the holes, for both sizes.

Their answer:
1) It does not matter what the capacity is, because Maggacup recomends to not exceed the fill line, which is 18m max - guess that's for the large size. (Too bad my vagina can't tell me when 18ml were reached so I can go empty out the cup!)
2) To answer my question about softness, they have conducted comparative studies which they are not sharing with customers.

The email was much more wordy, but I am too lazy to translate it all, since it does not contain any useful info. It contains assurances about the quality and that there a two sizes, and they proceed to tell me about the vaginal birth etc., so probably copy and paste from some generic answer to customers. I copied it below just in case I misunderstood something.

I'm not sure they understand how passionate the community is. LOL. Well maybe someone will buy it and give a good comparison study.

I agree. I actually wrote one last email to tell them that I did not doubt the quality of their product, but that in order for a customer to make an informed decision, these questions need to be answered, and the measurements added to comparison charts, as everyone has their own preference in size, shape and softness. I suggested they sent a cup out to someone who will review it, if they are unable to answer these questions. I told them they could send it to Theresa, or myself, or any of the people who write MC reviews on their sites. (hope Theresa wouldn't mind - I just figured she'd review it if she had one in hand)
I also asked if they had any pictures.

This time, I finally got a reasonable reply: pictures will come when the cup is up for sale, and they will consider sending it out for a review.

2 thumbs down
I am always interested in new cups, so of course I visited their site. When I open a site for menstrual cups and the first thing I see is a picture of a man, we have problems.

UGH.
