I ordered a pair of mooncups from the USA. It was paid by a HK credit card on August 31 2012. I filled up the shipping address to my sister-in-law's appartment which is in Germany. However, now it has been more than 6 months, she has not received them yet. I emailed to the company (info@keeper.com) 3 times in December 2012 and January and February 2013 respectively. No answer from the company at all. I don't know how I can get back the money. I don't want to call them as I live in the Philippines.
