I ordered a pair of mooncups from the USA. It was paid by a HK credit card on August 31 2012. I filled up the shipping address to my sister-in-law's appartment which is in Germany. However, now it has been more than 6 months, she has not received them yet. I emailed to the company (info@keeper.com) 3 times in December 2012 and January and February 2013 respectively. No answer from the company at all. I don't know how I can get back the money. I don't want to call them as I live in the Philippines.

You could contact your credit card company and tell them that the items were not received, they should initiate an investigation with the company and refund you. You could also try posting on Facebook, if Keeper have a facebook page. Good luck

I agree with femininewear. Many (most?) credit card companies automatically provide purchase protection and I think it could cover your situation. If the card holder checks with their company, they may get the payment reimbursed. It's worth trying!

I tried to call the Keeper company back in January to place an order. No response. Several days went by, so I finally made the order online. A few day after that, there was NO email in my inbox to confirm my order, AND my payment had not gone through. so I called again and again until finally someone answered. The lady said they had been really busy. She put the order through and I received my Keeper Mooncup. I used it, and when I went to remove it, it was SO suctioned in there, I couldn't get it out for a long time. This was traumatic for me, and it was my first time with a cup. I tried again the next day. This time was even worse and I was in a panic. Could not get that thing out! Finally after violently ripping it out and making the bathtub a bloodbath, I decided I was done the Keeper Mooncup. Then i started doing a lot of research about different cups on this community and others. One day came across information on the suction-release holes in cups, and what they're for. I got out my Mooncup which I already hated, and found NO HOLES. My Keeper Mooncup had NO HOLES whatsoever!! This would explain the super-suction and removal difficulty. I was upset! So I called them, and the lady said to send it back. I included a note saying I just wanted a new one with holes in it. I sent it two weeks ago and I have not received anything. I don't even want a new one anymore. I got a Fleurcup a few weeks ago and am much happier with it. I will call them today and try to get my money back, but I am not so optimistic. I am disappointed in this company. They have dropped the ball in more ways than one. So anyone looking into Keeper, consider yourself warned.

Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience, I don't especially like the Keeper company what with their use of 'mooncup' to prevent the Mooncup UK from trading in the US but it sounds like their customer service is really bad!

even though you don't want another keeper cup, I would definitely comment on their facebook page and twitter, hopefully they'll buck up their efforts if their failings can be seen publicly and it might help others in a similar situation, if you comment on the Fleurcup testimonials page then you'll be supporting them/giving positive feedback.

Thank you, I will do that. They wouldn't want to risk a bad rap, and the other companies deserve credit when their services/products are good.

I live in the States and I'd be willing to call them on your behalf, but I recommend contacting your credit card company too.

Dear Ladies, Thank you very much for your prompt replies. Yes, I will go to hk next week and definetly will call my credit card company. So I was not the only one had bad experience from the company. I think it is very important to have good post-purchase service especially on-line shop.

I don't think Keeper sends their cups internationally. If you want one of their cups outside of the US, you'll have to go through a distributor. Keeper doesn't even ship to Canada or Great Britain, according to their website.
