Can someone tell me if there is a difference in the capacity of the large Lunette and the large Fleurcup? According to the chart the Fleurcup holds more but I'm looking for opinions from anyone that has used both. I have a large Lunette and it fits perfectly and pops open easily. I'm thinking about trying a larger capacity cup because I feel that my flow is heavy and it would be nice to go longer without having to empty it. I see that these cups are the same size but Fleurcup holds more. Do you think it would be worth it to try the Fleurcup or isn't the capacity that much different from the Lunette? Which cup is the highest capacity available?

I forgot to mention that I also have the large Diva but sometimes have issues getting it to pop open. It's comfortable when I do get it open and placed correctly but takes several tries to do it, while the Lunette is easy and pops open on the first try.

well, have you seen the pics? the difference is basically due to the shape.
it seems like a large Yuuki or XL Meluna classic would be the best options for you. stiff, long and with a high capacity.

I have both. I also have a large Yuuki.

I have a "dangly" cervix during the heaviest days of my cycle, and a very heavy flow - I can fill any of the above cups within an hour and a half, several times, the first day and change. Keeping that in mind, I find I have the most issues with the Lunette in terms of how much my cervix fills up the cup, and the fewest issues with the Fleurcup, so it appears to hold more. I do think the large Yuuki actually holds the most for my body shape, but when my cervix is super low the Yuuki puts pressure on my rectum where the Fleurcup never does.

Edited to add: I tend to not use my Fleurcup even though it's the most comfortable because I have the damndest time getting it to open properly due to the softness.

I know that's not super helpful, sorry!! I think the shape of the cup and the shape of you at the different points during your cycle contribute more than a cc or two difference in *actual* size. Does that make sense?

I guess I will do some more research and possibly go with the Yuuki or XL Meluna. It's hard to decide since I've only been using cups for a few months and am still learning. Right now I love my large Lunette on "normal" and light days. My biggest issue is my heavy days. I fill my Lunette Selene within an hour or two.

Edited to add: I don't think my cervix taking up room is an issue for me because when I take the cup out it is really full up to the holes.

If both the stiffness of the Lunette and the length of the Diva don't bother you, then I'd say the large Yuuki sounds like your best bet, as it's firm and springy silicone, whereas Meluna's material can be trickier to pop open. The shape is also most similar to your cups, and since your cervix isn't taking up room you don't *need* a rounded bottom to make up for lost capacity. (Although to be fair, it seems like the XL meluna might hold a little more to the rim.)
