Hey everyone, I got my LilyCup samples a while back, actually. But today (December 7, 2012) I just got my FemmyCycle samples too! I emailed Dr. Shihata and he said as soon as he got some samples, he would send them to me. So today I got a surprise in the mail, that was nice! :)

Anyway, I will be making a video and writing a full review for both of these brands as well. I will post them when they are finished. But for now, I just want to share some photos I took today of both brands. I'll try and put them behind a cut, but there will be a lot of them, so dial-up users, please beware :)

My cycle did hit me yesterday, so Finally I will be able to test these items.  I am mostly curious to see if these new inner rims (especially the femycycle one) is really effective against leaks and spills.  I can't wait to write the reviews for everyone, I will give them each a one-day turn.

I know FemmyCycle is FDA approved, but I cannot remember if LilyCup is, I will have to check the site again.  But with the approval of FemmyCycle, I am sure all the American sellers are just chomping at the bit to carry it, if they're not carrying it already.  It took this long for some samples to come through, so we will see.  Anyway, here are the pics, enjoy!

First up, FemmyCycle:

the popping open and softness of both sizes
Hi Melissa^

Is it indicated somewhere on the notice (or on the website?) what to expect during the insertion of this cup? Is it said if it is supposed/or not unusual for it to stay partially folded inside the vagina - more or less like the FemmyCycle?

Would you be tempted in adding some holes to one of the 2 Lilycups, to see if it then open better?

Also, do the small and large sizes have an equal softness?
In particular, is the spine stiffer on the large cup?
I heard that the spine of the small cup was highly pliable while the one of the large was rigid, so lol I was wondering! ;o)
And is the general softness, and the rim's one, comparable to any other cups?

uff many questions!! thus
In advance, thank ya :D
