I have heard about menstrual cups and I really want to try them. I tried the Instead soft cups during my last period and I could not ever get them to open. I have always been very small in my vaginal area (despite having 4 kids and being over 30) and my uterus is tilted back, which makes my cervix hard to reach. I have researched many different cups, but I don't know how to tell which one is right for me. Any help or suggestions? Thanks. :-)

How "tight" your body feels is a function of your PC muscles, and you'll need to relax them to aéllow the cup to get in and expand, as well as to bring it down and get it out. If you think those muscles are strong and would easily crush a cup with a death grip, then look for slightly firmer cups. Fyi, the Diva is the longest cup body-wise but its stem is fairly short. Natural Mamma and L Yuuki are long cups with a good stem. Si-Bell is very soft with a long stem, and from what I hear, very easy to remove.
