Okay, so I am a fifteen y/o virgin, and I would like to get a  cup. I (stupidly) bought a Keeper Mooncup size A, not reading the fine print, lol. At first, I was determined to make it work. But, when it arrived, I read horror stories about the stiffness and difficulty getting it out once it was in, so I decided I'd better not use it. Plus the stem is hollow. Just seems like a bad plan, to me.
So, anyway, I'm contemplating getting a Lunette Small. I'm pretty confident it will fit, because my cervix is pretty low during my period, all throughout. (to second knuckle on middle finger, & I have pretty small hands. I can't find a ruler at the moment, though) I'm in between the Aine or Cynthia. Does anyone know what these REALLY look like? And do you think it'd be okay for me? Pictures on their website seem quite deceiving.
Also, if you order on Amazon, is the packaging discreet? I don't want to have it come & have "Lunette Menstrual Cup" plastered on it. Usually they come in another envelope, though, so I think it'll be ok... I'm buying with my own money & my family does not know...

With any cup, water or possibly water-based lube are a must for first-timers, especially for virgins. Try several folds too. And try lying on your back, this always seems to make things more relaxed for me. You'll get it eventually !

lol, I tried in the shower, that was an epic fail. water just beads off, which is super annoying >.< and I don't know how to get any lube, though i know it would help, a LOT. XD lol but i don't have money to buy it, & I'm not about to ask my parents to buy me lube. lol.

Me, I can usually get away with running the cup under cold water than go to my bedroom to insert it (wet) lying on my back, usually when I come out of the shower. You could try putting some vegetable cooking oil on you (not on the cup, it would make it slippery to hold).
