I currently own a Diva Cup, size 2, as I've had three vaginal births.  However, in the 6 or so years that I've owned the cup, I don't think I've ever had a flawless cycle with it.  It has always leaked, and at one time was causing repeated UTIs, so I had to retire it for sometime.

So now I'm looking for a new cup, but I'm confused as there weren't this many choices when I first bought my Diva.  One thing that I do not like about the Diva (and may have contributed to the leaking) is the extremely small air holes.  They always seem to be clogged and no amount of trying to get water through them seems to unclog them.  I went so far as to heat up a large needle and force it through the holes in an attempt to enlarge them, but was not all that successful.

I'm not sure if I need a more rigid cup, or a softer one.  I'm partially afraid that the rigidity of the Diva put pressure on my urethra which had an affect on the recurring UTIs.  It also seems to cause cramping when it is inserted, more so than the usual cramps I get.  I do know that my cervix runs very high, I'm lucky if I can ever feel it,  so I'm assuming that a shorter cup won't work for me.

So I would like to replace my cup, but haven't a clue where to start.  Any help would be appreciated!

Have a look at the charts and compare the other brands to your Diva : http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/
And this one for stiffness comparison : http://menstrualcupinfo.wordpress.com/cup-stiffness-comparison-chart/

The Diva is the longest cup but several others are just as /even easier to reach due to a longer stem (Lunette, Yuuki, Si-Bell, Fleurcup, XL Meluna, Natural Mamma). I'd say you should probably stick to the longer, wider cups if you want similar length and capacity. Most cups have bigger holes afiu.

Edit : Apparently there's a new brand which is also amongst the longest due to a longer stem, but no one here has reviewed it yet : http://shop.menstrualcup.co/products/Mami-Cup.html
