hi

i recently ordered some meluna cups, good service it only took 1 week to be posted from germany to the uk and by total coincidence arrived halfway through my period. i got mini and classic cups in s+m sizes. all the cups have 2 seams down the sides of the cup, one of the seams on my small mini cup is quite raised and its irritating me. could i file it with a nail file or use sandpaper or something? i don't want to wreck that cup because i think its the one. thank you.

Yes you can file it down, using a metal nail file

If it's really bothering you and you're not confident about sanding/trimming it down yourself, you could try contacting MeLuna to ask if they can replace it with one that has perfectly smooth seams. (I think they might.)

Otherwise, I know that people here have trimmed/sanded their cups and that it's worked well for them.

i'm going to try a metal nail file next time i remove it, i couldn't return it to meluna because i've used it for the past almost 2 days. and its such a small thing i wouldn't feel right bothering them. thank you.
