I use a Divacup and I am having some issues with it. It leaked so much this period. What gives? I feel like it makes a huge difference how it is put in, but I don't know how to arrange it differently according to what my cervix is doing, if that is even the issue. My cup is over a year old, but I didn't use it for every cycle. Could it be too old? Or do you think it's just not the right fit? It feels so unpredictable whether it will leak or not. I was doing a really intense cleaning job this week when I started bleeding so could that have affected it? I'm pretty active anyway, but I don't usually spend 10 hours a day scrubbing and sweeping and mopping and moving furniture around. I really don't like tampons and pads give me rashes so using a cup seems like the best option besides hanging out naked in the tub for 3 days a month (which would be amazing!) I tried using the Instead disposable cup and that did not work for me AT ALL. Leaked like crazy. Has anyone had leaky Divacup issues that were solved by using another type of cup?
Help please and thank you!
Edit: Has anyone had a leaky cup and tried a sea sponge with more success? Any words of advice or experience about the sea sponge?
