I've been using menstrual cups for about 6 months now and would love to promote them further in my country (Australia) where probably about 5% (if that) of the population are aware of them.

I have seen links for flyers on this site but that can be costly with the paper, printer ink and having to carry sellotape constantly with me. Some people have mentioned stickers- but where would I get these from? and how much would they approximately cost?

Thank you in advance.

Stickers are considered a form of vandalism in many places.

That having been said...

Here in the US, Avery (.com) is one of the many companies that makes "create it yourself" blank labels. They come in many shapes and sizes -- a few or many to a page that you print yourself. They even have an online program to create you own using their graphics or your own. Then you print them on your own printer. You can buy blank labels (theirs or another company's) at discount stores like Walmart, at office-supply stores or online.

Instead of stickers, consider business cards. Leaving a couple on a restroom counter or tacked to a bulletin board is not frowned upon by the management like stickers can be. Blanks are usually 10 per sheet -- also made by Avery and many other companies.

You might want to chack out Vistaprint for both (address type) stickers and business cards.

stickers idea
Yes I also thought about putting stickers around but it's not going so well with the spirit of saving the planet by wearing cups, although I admit it is very tempting :)

I was actually looking into some kind of stamp instead, a bit more tricky and not so durable but that's an idea.

The Mooncup UK who is providing some stickers if you ask.
