Hey there!  I am trying to educate a good friend of mine on menstrual cups.  Could someone kindly post me the links to sizing charts and everything?  I am trying to convince her to switch to a cup.

She is in her late 20's, heavy period (changing a pad about every hour to every half hour especially the first few days).  She hates tampons, non-virgin.  I first told her about it a few months ago before I had ordered my first cup when I was looking into it.  I have mentioned it to her a few times before but this time maybe we might get somewhere!

Thanks everyone :)

Most of the size charts are at sizecharts :)

Huh, you're right. Lemme see if I can work out how to edit it (scien usually does it!)

Long directions: From the homepage, click Journal and select Journal Style from the drop-down, then: (upper right-hand corner) Customize Your Theme. This takes you to your default homepage, so click on the Switch to drop-down list at upper right to select menstrual_cups, then click Go. Finally, in the left-hand column, click Links List

Short version: Or, just click here to go directly there :-)

Add a new link to the list (click the More button if you've got more than 7), then click Save Changes.

P.S. You can easily reorder the links by changing the numbers in the Order field. These numbers don't appear anywhere on the published page, so you can use whatever numbers (and intervals) you like.

Thanks Julie! :)

I hope I can get her to switch!! :) I think it would help her so much! Even if she has to empty every 4 hours, at least that's better than every half hour with a pad!

haha, I know how exciting it must be, my best friend recently purchased her first cup thanks to me !

Sure, if she's open to try an internal product... cups work even for people who can't do tampons. Just make sure she picks the right size for her !

:) I'm hoping she will want to but she's pretty skeptical about it but I keep trying to tell her how wonderful it is :)
