So, I won't be using my cup for the next year or so, as I recently found out that I'm pregnant. Is there a proper way to store a cup long term?

I would just keep it dry and in a moderate even temperature place, and out of direct sunlight. Your dresser drawer should do. When it's time for it again, I'd just inspect it for powdering or cracks, especially if it's a latex one.

This. I just had my son a couple of months ago and during this entire time I've kept my cups in the back of my lingerie drawer with no problems whatsoever. I am still waiting on my post partum period to start. Congratulations!
