I'm really interested in menstrual cups, mainly because pads are so annoying, and far from eco-friendly. After reading through here and other reviews/groups everywhere, I'm more confused than ever! So, background. I'm 14, a virgin, and have a pretty light flow. I really like the design of the MeLuna Soft (and glitter! I'm a sucker for glitter) but I can't figure out which size to get. While on my period, I can reach my cervix relatively easy with my middle finger (so about three inches), but I dunno if that means I'm a small/medium/whatever. I'd really like to get the right one on the first try...

Yes, I meant the traditional stem.

It may be an individual thing, but I find wider cups harder to insert than narrower ones, even folded.

I dunno, my cup is 44cm wide and super soft, I find it helpful to make super tiny complicated folds, such as labia or origami. I wouldn't do a c-fold, since I find it doesn't work well for me anyway.

I assume you missed a decimal point htere... ;)

Oh right, 44 mm. It's getting late over here. ;)
