I ordered a MeLuna Soft a few weeks ago (my first cup yay!) just got it today! But i noticed one hole is flawed, not completely punched out/solid! i have no problem fixing it myself. Should i contact Meluna and let them know about this lil flaw?

long time lurker first time poster btw LOL!

You mean there's no actual hole there? Sorry, can't quite tell from the picture (even after zooming!).

Personally, I'd just fix it myself with a needle or something. You could contact them I guess to let them know, but not sure what you'd/they'd get out of it - up to you.

Good luck with your first cup!

I have one like this, and I poked it a few times with a needle and then a paper clip, and it works fine. It doesn't look as open as the normal hole, but I've had no trouble from it.

I'd call them. Their customer service is superb. They might want to know anyway if flaws like that are getting through inspection.
