Hello! Okay, so this is my first cycle with my small Lunette, but I'm running into a spot of trouble. I can insert the cup just fine, and I can tell it's in place when I can't feel it anymore. Running my finger around it I know it's open. The problem is, I've noticed that when I go to remove it, I can get a finger all the way up to the rim without breaking the suction. Because it's literally suctioned to my cervix, and not my vagina. I had to remove it early today since it was giving me cramping issues, assuming from the suction. Is there any way I can prevent this? Do I need a larger, or maybe smaller, cup with a wider rim perhaps? Or even try Insteads? (Although I don't like the non-reusable aspect of those) I love the advantages of a cup, and I really want to keep using it, but at this point it's difficult. I do have a fairly low cervix I guess, around 1 1/2 inches on my period. Any advice would be appreciated.

The Diva has teeny tiny anti-suction holes. Some have had good luck by enlarging them. Would that help you too?
