hi, i've been using a small lunette cup for about 4 months now. every month, the first day or two of my period is excruciating. i also have a feeling that the cup has something to do with it because today, when i realized my period started, i inserted the cup and immedately, i felt pain.
not sure if i should try a different cup or what?
i'd love to hear your input.
