Hey folks,

I've been lurking around here for a bit and want to thank you all for the excellent advice that I've already benefited from (this comm was a lifesaver the first time I used my cup and could not get it out).

Anyway, I'm on my second period with a small Lunette and I've gotten the hang of insertion and removal in the shower, and I can get it out in a toilet stall as well, however for some reason I'm having a lot of trouble inserting it in the stall. It's something I'd like to get the hang of soon, since I'd really not like to have to take 2 showers a day every day during my period. Do you folks have any stall-specific insertion advice that could help me out?

Also, I've noticed that after a while (~6 or 7 hours) my cup starts getting painful and really uncomfortable. It's hard to really describe the sensation, but it hurts around the vaginal opening and walls. When I take it out, it's pretty full and hasn't leaked. Is it just hurting because it's full, or because it's in wrong, or are my vag muscles too tired or something?
