Meluna's new measurements?

Thanks to all the helpful members here I've now settled on a Meluna soft as my first cup, but I'm unsure of the size.
The confusion deepens as I understand they've recently changed the measurements & design of their cups. And from what I've gathered here, they haven't updated these on their website.

What ARE the measurements of their current soft Small & Medium? Capacity?
