Help! For some reason this cycle my cup has been riding super, super high. It usually rides pretty low and I don't have trouble getting it out. This time it is super high and I have carpal tunnel in my hands which has resulted in making my cup..stuck. I've tried squatting, relaxing, on hands and knees, hot baths, and even using a spoon to try and get it out. I'm getting really freaked out. I guess eventually it will overflow and break the seal? I kind of hope so... :/
