Anyone use cloth pads?

First cycle with my cup was a success. I had a couple leaks because I was trying to test out how long I could go without emptying it. I didn't spill the contents at all (yay!). I have heavy flow and am looking into cloth pads. My question for those who use them, how do you clean them? Do you throw them in the wash with your clothes or do you do a separate load with just the pads? How do you prevent them from staining? I would use them overnight because I always leak through and need to wear a pad. Also, where do you buy your pads from? TIA! :)
