hi,
I have a lady cup I'm having problems with suction as I'm still a virgin and I was wondering if a cup with a ring stem is easier to get out? Is it easier to pull on the ring?

Also I paniced a little with the super suction and pulled it out open, yeah not the best but it did solve the I'm never getting it out issue but I think I tore my hymen I bled and I don't have my period more than a few drops and it stings. Should I be worried about infection? I don't think I can wash it with anything else but water right? don't suggest hyrogen peroxide thanks anyway here as its not really used for that here and it freaks me out a little as much as I appreciate your help.
