Yeast Infection and treatment/Backpacking/and cup usage

Here is the deal. I got a lovely yeast infection about a week ago. I tried to treat it the natural way first but it was a no go. I began the 3-day using generic Monistat (sp) treatment on Monday. I will finish the treatment tonight but I got my period yesterday. I will stick with pad for now...sucks! The kicker is I am leaving for a backpack trip on Friday morning. I really want to use my cup for the backpack trip, but I don't want to contaminate it, or have the residual medicine damage it. Does anyone have any recommendations?
