Hello friends!
I have searched and not really found an answer (and maybe there is no real solution for my problem) but I thought I'd ask anyway.
I have two days of very heavy flow (which I am trying to diminish with iron and vitamin E, but so far it hasn't been entirely successful) in which I am emptying my cup every 40-60 mins throughout the day.
I was wondering if there is any way to avoid the audible gurgle that comes when it's full. Obviously I could empty it sooner, but I already have enough trouble going to the restroom every 45 mins while working, and going every 30 mins is not an option.
I use cloth pads, so it's not a disaster when it overflows, and that works just fine for me...I was just hoping to not announce it with a gurgle when it happens. Is there a chance that if I maybe tried a cup with smaller holes or something, it might gurgle less?

I have a Diva 1, which does have small holes, but I typically don't use on my heavy days because sometimes my cerivx is too low for it. I never have the gurgle with it, but then again I don't usually overflow on days that I use it. Right now I use a L Lady Cup on my heavy days.

Anyone have a similar experience or any advice here? Thanks in advance!
