A friendly reminder to empty your cup. =)

If you have your cup in just in case your period starts, don't wait till the end of the day to check it. Take heed of your body's warning signs!

Even though I had been having close calls for a few days, I checked my cup to make sure and, sure enough, within four hours of wearing it, it was half full. Surprise! Since I'm really heavy the first day, I was so glad to have spent a few minutes in the middle of every day making sure there would be no overflow.
