Doesn't Make Any Sense?!?! Please Help!

 I got the DivaCup about a year ago. I'm 20 and a virgin. I tried several times but couldn't get it in. I looked at the diagrams and tried the U-fold. The problem is that once I try to put it inside, it doesn't make any sense to me. The corner (when I fold the top) goes in a little, then seems to get lodged so I can't push the rest in. When I try to push it in further, it seems like I'm pressing against bone and it hurts. If I use my fingers, my fingers can go in further. But with the cup, it seems to push up against something, like a solid wall. Could someone explain this to me because the diagrams aren't making sense anymore. Thanks a lot!
