Cup 'Malfunctions!'

 Hello folks,
just a curious question that came to mind earlier - have you ever experienced a 'cup malfunction'?  For example; you accidently dropped your full cup on the bathroom floor whilst removing it and making a major mess, or something along those lines?

I ask simply because I had my own cup malfunction earlier this evening whilst removing it.  I squeezed the cup to break the seal and there was this major flood of blood that poured out onto the back of my hand, down my left leg and on to the bathroom mat!! Argh, I couldn't believe it lol. Even though no one else saw it, it was embarrassing to say the least, and a major clean up operation was under way to clean myself up after that mishap, (and the bathroom mat is in the wash.)  Emptied what was left of the cups contents, cleaned it out and stuck it back in :)

I must say in the 7 months I've been using cups now, this is the first mishap I have had using them.  I don't know what I did wrong, but I think I might of left it in too long to get full?
I'd like to know if any one else has suffered this mishap or if it was just my stupidity that got in the way!! Lol.
