awsome community

This is a thanks to everyone who has posted. This community has helped me some much, and I am so glad that I found alternative to pad and tampons. The removel posts were very helpful when I tried a dry run ( not the best idea in my opinion). My Moon cup US went in great with the punch down fold, but when I was ready to remove it I was like, how do I get this out. Well, with the advise from others, I found that pulling the tab with one hand and folding the cup with the other was the best way for me to remove it. You all rock! :oD
