Raised spots on Lunette

Hello, I've looked through the old posts and didn't find anything like this: I'm using a Lunette, it's relatively new (I got it this winter), and now I've noticed that it's suddenly covered in raised spots, like tiny bubbles, which won't come off. They're mostly located along the rim and other ridges, but there are some on the main body too. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? It's so gross I couldn't use it again and have to use pads now :((
